ABOUT ME

I’m Katelyn Sinclair, founder of North Shore Conveyancing, and a proud Kallaroo local.

North Shore Conveyancing was born out of my desire to bring heart back into the settlement process. With over a decade of experience and a genuine passion for helping people through some of life’s biggest property moments, I saw a real opportunity to do things differently. I wanted to create a boutique conveyancing service that prioritised people over processes, without compromising on professionalism.

After stepping away from hands-on conveyancing for a couple of years to help other settlement agencies refine their digital strategy, I realised just how much technology had changed the game. Buyers and sellers expect more visibility, more clarity, and a faster process. But what’s often lost in the shift to digital is the human connection. That’s where North Shore comes in.

This business is my way of blending smart, secure systems with genuine care, so my clients feel supported, seen and safe from start to finish.

I live just down the road from the beach in Kallaroo, where I’m raising my young family and building a business I’m truly proud of. My kids go to school here. We shop locally, support local, and love the laid-back, community-focused feel of this beautiful coastal suburb. I’m passionate about contributing to that community, not just through my work, but through the relationships I build along the way.

I hold a Diploma of Conveyancing, along with a Bachelor of Business, and I bring both practical know-how and a big-picture mindset to every file I manage. Whether you're buying, selling or transferring property, I’m here to make it a smoother, safer, and more human experience.

We acknowledge the Nyoongar Whadjuk people as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we work and live.

We recognise their continued connection with the land, water and community.

We pay our respects to Elders past and present.
